First Financial Credit Union- Juan Tabo

What was once a distraught building left in shambles and on the verge complete deterioration, came a remodeled multi-use retail space. Consisting of 16,250 sf, the First Financial Credit Union Juan Tabo Branch is spectacularly different than any other nearby structure. With an exterior décor reflective of a New England street view and accented with low hanging awnings and foam pop out trim, this building gives the Snowheights neighborhood a taste of the northeastern United States. It truly adds to the vitality of the neighborhood in an older Albuquerque area, and is among one of the several renovated buildings in this area. However, the First Financial Credit Union space stands out with its unique design and is attractive appeal to tenants looking to move into a building that does not fit the “southwest stucco mold”. The interior make uses of the standard FFCU colors- orange with small amounts of green and black. Neutral tones were added to even out the vibrant brand colors, which are consistently used in the interior/exterior design. Enterprise Builders crafted a custom circular teller line skillfully designed to open up the lobby area and offering eastern views of the Sandia Mountains.
