Our annual watermelon carving contest was a success as we took to the kitchen of the Ronald McDonald House to take part in their Guest Chef Program. Chicken flautas were on the menu along with some yummy sides and of course, watermelon creatures! This year, Luke (estimator/project manager) and April (assistant project manager) took part in the carving festivities and their designs were… well, let’s just say this year’s theme was “creatures of the earth”.

Needless to say, we had a blast as always. We always enjoy partaking in team building for a wonderful cause.

This year, Ralph, Josh, Kari, Chris, Luke, April, Amanda and Alex suited up in aprons and brought their cooking skills to the Roanld McDonald House.

Thank you to the Ronald McDonald House for your dedication to our community!
