Lovelace Women’s Hospital Pediatric Observation Unit

The Lovelace Women’s Hospital Pediatric Observation Unit is a medical facility designed for the short-term care of children who need special medical assistance, observation or treatment post surgery. This space uses bright colors and fun shapes to create a child-friendly atmosphere while including family functional concepts such as beds and comfortable chairs.

 Enterprise Builders Corporation constructed this tenant build-out of approximately 2,340 square feet to include 8 observation bays, nurses’ station, medication room, storage space and water closet. We also completed the architectural woodwork including the nurses’ station desk which incorporates Avonite three-form material.
