It is still hard to believe that another year has officially come to an end. With the construction industry still seeking salvation from the harsh economic storm, we rely on what has helped us weather these difficult times in years past- our EB Family. Dave and Ralph made a commitment 24 years ago to be a value builder, not a volume builder, and we still stay true to our core values by remembering to give thanks to those who have helped EBC achieve success, especially our employees. In place of our annual Employee Christmas Party, we decided to begin the New Year in style by inviting our employees to take part in a Kickoff Celebration at the office. With laughter, good food and the best company, Dave and Ralph led us in a “cheers” to 2012. Together, we celebrated our triumphs of 2011 including the completion of Fresquez Food Court, North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center, Morgan Stanley TI, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, CFV Solar, First Financial Credit Unions (3) and the list goes on and on… Our success not only lies in the quality of our buildings but on the dedication of our employees who remain committed to our vision so we can add value to New Mexico, and continue to build upon our relationships with each other, clients, architects and industry allies.
