EBC employees took off safety vests for an afternoon and changed into kitchen aprons while taking part in the Ronald McDonald House Charity’s Guest Chef Program!

Armed with skillets and spatulas, EBC employees and some friends from Cauwels & Stuve Realty & Development Advisors cooked up a feast for the residents at the Ronald McDonald House. We sizzled up some scrumptious fajitas, black bean salad, Spanish rice, pasta salad and brownies for about 30 residents. For many of the chefs it was their first time going to the House and with a kitchen full of laughter, and admiration for the residents, everyone agreed this was a great success. Although EBC has always been very generous with monetary donations, we find it so much more meaningful to go out and directly help those in need. We all really enjoyed “getting our hands dirty”, especially for an organization whose contributions to our community are exceedingly generous.
