Located at the Albuquerque campus, this new 93,760 SF building allows the College of Nursing and Population Health to provide a collaborative learning environment to better prepare healthcare professionals for the post-COVID world. This state-of-the-art facility provides instructional, research laboratory and office space to support both undergraduate and graduate education. The new facility makes strong connections with existing campus buildings by defining safe and inviting outdoor spaces that flow seamlessly into the building’s public zones. The flexible interior layout accommodates the changes each of these dynamic colleges will encounter in the near-future and beyond.

 

UNM partnered with Enterprise Builders in a CMAR project delivery approach. Together, the CMAR team collaborated to maximize the budget for UNM, while simultaneously delivering the highest-level quality in their healthcare education facility. Design was completed Spring 2022 and construction was completed in Fall of 2024.
