A retail tenant improvement project featuring the renovation of:
- Paleta Project – serving Mexican ice pops served and topped with fresh ingredients.
- Roti NM – a rotisserie kitchen sourcing farm-fresh and grass-fed birds, where each bird is brined for 24 hours before being rubbed with a signature mix of chiles and dry herbs native to New Mexico.
- Churro and Corn – Mexican street food with delicious roasted corn topped with cheese, chiles, and lime and for dessert, churros with melted chocolate.
- Lemon & Brine – featuring classic lemonade with a twist of fresh ingredients like basil and fresh fruits.
