Honda/Subaru of Santa Fe

Honda & Subaru of Santa Fe opted to build two stunning standalone buildings prominently placed off Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe. Each building is roughly 20,000sf, totaling 40,000sf of new concurrent construction over a 5 acre site. 

The Subaru Dealership is a steel frame structure, with a large storefront, tall exposed ceilings and is full of decorative stone accents. This building serves a showroom, administrative center and has a service garage. 

The Honda Dealership is a prefabricated metal building, with custom casework, acoustic clouds, decorative track lighting and radiused walls. It also serves as a showroom, contains administrative offices and has a separate service garage. 

The five acre site required significant improvements and soil remediation. Additionally, new utilities were brought in to each site and landscaping was used to unify the family of dealerships.

Porsche / Audi of Albuquerque

Audi of Albuquerque and Porsche of Albuquerque are part of one of Albuquerque’s longstanding premier car dealerships located on northbound Pan American Freeway, just north of Alameda. To enhance the function and feel of the dated existing space, additional square footage was added in the showrooms for both Audi and Porsche. Both brands received new exterior treatments with refined and updated finishes which helped to individualize each brand within the facility. The newly updated exterior design provides an edgy and modern face for passing motorists. Interior renovations for each brand include stunning upscale and elegant materials as well as modern furnishings for customers and staff. The facility provides an eye catching showcase as well as an exciting showroom experience for customers. This renovation allows each brand the ability to make use of their own service entrance, increasing efficiency for customers. The service area received a total of six new repair bays, four new detailing bays, and the enclosure of two existing detailing spaces. This exquisite renovation allows the facility to generate revenue after the sale.
