Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Albuquerque proudly welcomed Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, a much anticipated fine dining restaurant located in the Uptown area off Louisiana and Indian School.

This project began in a space that was previously occupied by three retailers and included a split story, open layout with a lower basement level and mezzanine. Enterprise Builders prepped the shell space and created a 10,000sf canvas that would greatly add to the local dining scene.

The blank space was built out to include a custom kitchen, elegant bar and unique dining area with custom woodwork, high end finishes and exquisite lighting fixtures- one of the most notable being a circular chandelier overhanging in the mezzanine with hundreds of perfectly placed dangling crystal lights. The interior design offers patrons a variety of different themes and custom 3D artwork that was hand sculpted during construction. There are wall hangings representative of New Mexico, mountainous color schemes, hand carved wood accents and segmented glass.

To update the exterior façade, the parapet was raised to make room for signage and a welcoming entryway. One Park Square is also decorated with a highly visible sign hanging from the top and lighting Uptown.

Ruth’s Chris distinctive design and upscale menu will surely attract locals and visitors alike, and offer a unique dining experience unlike anything in town. It is exquisitely different and nothing less than extraordinary.
