With our office being so close to Balloon Fiesta Park, we decided to celebrate the coming of fall and Albuquerque’s favorite annual event with a good ol’ cookout. Many of our EB employees and their families joined us on October 11th to enjoy an evening at the office complete with a craft table, pumpkins, kids’ jumper and plenty of laughs to go around. Our company owners served up a feast for our 75 guests but the biggest hit of the night was the pumpkin decorating contest. All the little ones worked to create some spooky, cute and creative pumpkins all of which were judged by our very own, Ralph Baldwin. After careful examination (and a swarm of eager kids) he couldn’t make up his mind and declared every kid a winner! Everyone got some neat take-home bags with fun Halloween goodies and glow sticks. The weather did not permit the balloons to glow for the evening, but we still had front row seats to the Firework Show so we scurried down to the fence line and sat in truck beds to enjoy the evening display.
Fun times were had by all as we celebrated a beautiful autumn evening!
