Albuquerque Institute for Math & Science

Our first large scale renovation of AIMS / 933 Bradbury consisted of 118,00 square foot of office space back in 2009.

During that time, major demolition was completed, a new HVAC system was installed, an elevator was added, windows were replaced, and new offices were constructed. This remodel was completed in one year while the building remained fully operable. To protect tenants and nearby pedestrians, extra precautions were taken to ensure a clean work environment by creating safe pedestrian walkways, blocking off construction zones, adhering to noise control procedures and phasing the project.

After 10 years it was time for some improvement, remodeling and more renovations. During construction we redirected staff and visitors to designated routes to keep them safely out of possible harm’s way. We also did the phasing system so were able to use portions of the building for constructions while other parts remained operable for regular usage.
