Optimum 4th Floor TI

Optimum 4th Floor TI is a renovation at 5700 Harper NE for multi-use tenants and includes an oncology unit, high end wellness center, and executive suites. The oncology unit features exam rooms, infusion area, doctors’ offices and chemo mixing area. The wellness center features unique hyperbaric tanks, cryogenic chamber, slat room and laser therapy, and an upscale gym with specialized trainers. The executive suites feature sophisticated offices, conference rooms and event centers.

Custom millwork and a one-of-a-kind custom 12-foot barn door enhance the clienteles experience of the reception space. Custom upholstery, furniture and artwork completes the space for a welcoming and warm feel. Each space was designed to fit the specific needs of the client and operations. Infusion chairs were strategically positioned to offer patients unobstructed views of the Sandia Mountains with the intent to provide a serene vibe during an otherwise unpleasant procedure. Exterior windows in the executive suites were upgraded to open the space and conference rooms for better views. The build out of these spaces provides a unique and welcoming experience for staff and clients at Optimum.
