PharmaScript

PharmaScript is a project that is classified as medical for interior renovations where patients can come for their advice yet also feel relaxed in a comfortable and vibrant setting. This 4500 square foot plus space valued at over half a million dollars was completed in just over 6 months from when plans were made.

PharmaScript Ambulatory Infusion Center is a state-of-the-art facility setting new standards in infusion therapy with the latest in advanced technology and amenities that are unparalleled. At PharmaScript, the number one priority is the patients. PharmaScript is committed to providing the highest level of care, safe treatment practices, and ongoing support to all patients.

The work was constructed in a single phase under a single contract and during construction the adjacent tenant spaces and floors above and below were occupied, this however did not disrupt or effect any plans in the process of the project.

As with any of our EB projects we were accommodating in every way needed to our strategic partners to finish out PharmaScript! During construction anything that was in good condition for the client and not part of the renovation it was kept in all existing conditions while the team was working in progress on schedule to finish out all other responsibilities.

PharmaScript is unique in the services provided in Albuquerque, thanks to the hard work Enterprise Builders has put forth in making it possible. Getting to bring a company to grow new grounds in the state of New Mexico is an accomplishment.
