Our $10MIL ground up rehabilitation center opened this month. The Rio @ Las Estancias is a 120 bed, 58,000 sf long-term skilled nursing facility and another collaboration between EBC and developer, Cauwels & Stuve Realty & Development Advisors. On Pointe Health serves as the tenant operator of the facility. Enterprise Builders Corporation is proud to have teamed up with Cauwels & Stuve Realty & Development during this design assist project to deliver a Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing Facility with resort-like amenities and top of the line finishes.
